Right of Withdrawal (Rétractation)

As an EU consumer, you have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving any reason (art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
What the withdrawal right covers at Yapademy
- Pro subscriptions: you may withdraw within 14 days of subscribing. Because the service begins immediately at your request, the refund is reduced by a proportional amount for the service already provided (for example, lesson credits consumed) up to your notification (art. L221-25).
- Lesson packs and tutorial generation: these are digital content supplied immediately. If you expressly consented to immediate delivery at checkout and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right, the right no longer applies to that purchase (art. L221-28 13).

Clicking the button opens a pre-filled withdrawal declaration addressed to support@yapademy.com. Complete the fields and send it. We will confirm receipt by email without delay and process your refund within 14 days of receiving your declaration, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Your account email is enough to identify the contract; no other personal details are needed.

After the withdrawal period
Once the 14-day period has passed (or the right was validly waived for digital content), see sections 4.3 and 4.4 of our Terms of Service for refunds and cancellation. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the app via “Manage or cancel subscription”; it takes effect at the end of the paid period.
